سامانه جامع قرآنیان، پروژه تولید و توسعه مجموعه نرم افزارهای حوزه قرآن و عترت است که علاوه بر جمع‌آوری اطلاعات فعالان قرآنی و راه‌اندازی بانک جامع اطلاعات قرآنیان، خدماتطرح حاضر جهت هدایت افکار عمومی، تهیه و عرضه فرآورده‌ها و آثار نمونه فرهنگی- هنری و انجام اقدامات لازم برای هرچه فعال‌تر شدن افراد تاثیرگذار مانند: روحانیون، دانشگاهیان، معلمان و هنرمندان در جهت رشد فرهنگ اسلامی و مقابله با آثار نامطلوب فرهنگ‌های بیگانه را در دستور کار دارد. ویژه و گسترده ای را در این حوزه  زیر نظر وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی ارائه خواهد داد.
